Nakil has over 20 years of experience practicing as a Solicitor. He graduated with Master of Laws, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Distinction) and Bachelor of Laws and is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW, High Court of Australia, and High Court of Fiji.
Nakil has worked exclusively in all aspects of Family Law including property and parenting matters in NSW for over 14 years and 6 years as a Senior Legal Officer with the Attorney-General's Chambers in Fiji. He also practices in other areas of law including Wills and Estate, Immigration, Litigation, Criminal law, Media Law, Defamation, Disputes, Coroners Court and Employment Law matters.
Nakil has worked in private practice in Sydney CBD, Liverpool, Parramatta, Campbelltown and Penrith regions.
Nakil has proudly represented clients from various ethnic origins such as Australian, Fijian, Indian, European, New Zealanders, Italian, Nepalese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Egyptian.
Nakil has experience working with mum and dad clients, business clients, and clients with complex trust structures net worth in excess of $50 million.
